Cranborne Frolic 2021
14 August 2021
Based at the home of Dorset's Sixpenny Brewery, the lovely Holwell Farm is hosting an action-packed weekend.
Set around the amazing Cranborne Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these fantastic races have gorgeous routes and scenery. There's the brewery on site, along with an artisan bakery that will be serving yummy homemade pizzas along with our normal refreshment providers. We hope to have some entertainment on the Saturday evening for all to enjoy as well.
This Frolic route is approximately 5.5km lap, around the surrounding fields, trails and tracks of the farm.
What is a Frolic?
Over a 12-hour period, you do as much running as you want. Complete at least one lap to get your medal and goody bag. Frolics are relaxed events with a fun atmosphere. You can run in teams of 4, 3, 2 or go solo. Solo runners can do as many laps as they want. To hit marathon distance, make sure you start at 8am and do four laps. If you're in a team, only one of you runs at a time, then you swap over as and when you feel like it.
After you've entered, if you want to add a member to your team, you can! Simply select the 'Additional Team Member' entry from the list and select your team name from the drop-down in the 'Join Team Name' box to add.
Minimum age requirement for entry is 18 years old. For general race questions, see our FAQs.
