Dark Dash Series Short

Our Dark Races at Moors Valley Country Park are a great experience that offer a fantastic chance to run around the trails and woodland in the Dark. The area in which you run in is typical Dorset/Hampshire woodland. All the paths we use are well maintained public access routes. Each course will be different and are designed to take in the smashing variety at Moors Valley. They will be well marked with signs & arrows on some posts and stakes, that will have lights on and marshals at key points to direct you. There are stretches of gravel paths and some made, unmade and almost made paths. There will be one or two hills. It will be muddy in places.

This series is made up of 3 races and you can complete the longer distances or the shorter distances:

Once you finished a bit of running and messing about in the dark, you’ll be rewarded with a medal and your goodies for each race and then Series medals and prizes will be awarded at the Dark Moors event. All competitors must wear a head or chest torch.

Free Parking is included within your race entry, so you can arrive on site anytime after 3.30pm to take advantage of this offer

The Country Park is open all day for visitors and has a wide range of activities if you want to make a day of it.
